一、凹版印刷

 

1、 Gravure printing

 

塑料薄膜的印刷以凹版印刷工藝為主，用凹版印刷的塑料薄膜具有印刷質(zhì)量高、墨層厚實、色彩鮮艷、圖案清晰明快、畫面層次豐富、反差適度、形象逼真、立體感強等優(yōu)點。凹版印刷要求各色圖案套準(zhǔn)誤差不大于0.3mm，產(chǎn)品同色密度偏差和同批同色偏差等指標(biāo)符合GB7707-87要求。凹版印刷的印版耐印力強，適于長版活件
